Right to cancel your order

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Returning goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Condition of returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• unused
• in original condition
• returned with original packaging where possible

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• personalised or custom-made items
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed
• digital products once download/consent has been given

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods (or proof of return), we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
