🇪🇺 EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins from the date the last item in your order is delivered.


How to withdraw from your order

You can submit a withdrawal request by:

  • Opening your order in your order history
  • Selecting the option to request a cancellation or return

This self-serve system allows you to cancel or return eligible items in line with your legal rights.


Withdrawal before delivery

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.


Withdrawal after delivery

If your order has already been delivered, you may still withdraw within 14 days of delivery by submitting a return request through your order page.

Once we are notified of your withdrawal:

  • You must return the goods without undue delay
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of notifying us

Customers outside the European Union may cancel an order at any time before it has been fulfilled or dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To request a cancellation or return, please contact us or use your customer account where available.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
